Can't talk at a Concert?

I love Ray's music. Just amazing. I am an educated physician. But this was the worst entertainment event I have ever paid for or been to. You could not walk in the isles while Ray was singing a song (odd, what is this hockey game or a concert?), you can not even talk quietly in the stands without being shushed. Probably the worst concert experience I have been to. I love Ray's songs and left after 3 songs due to the pretentious audience, sleep inducing environment of lights off, not very loud music, and Ray never interacts with the audience ever. His biggest connection was saying "thank you" after a golf clap applause. Really can't believe this. Ray please stick to outside venues where you can put down a blanket, drink some wine, and chat with your wife. Too all those thinking about going to this concert tour....don't. Ray's a big man, he needs to figure out how to grow and change or else he will loose a lot of fans from this odd experience.
